Relax in this calm and stylish accommodation located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Léon, just a 15-minute walk from the center. There you will find all shops, a fishmonger, butcher, many restaurants, a daily local market, bike rental, and surf schools. Two ground-floor bedrooms: a bright master bedroom with a large window overlooking the garden, equipped with a 160 cm bed and a spacious closet, and a room with a 140 cm sofa bed that can also serve as a workspace. The spacious living room has a dining table and TV area (free high-speed Wi-Fi and satellite). Two large windows open onto different parts of the terrace and garden. There is a separate bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink, and towel warmer. Separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo, classic filter coffee maker), open to a large living room with a full-height glass partition. For your comfort, the house has underfloor heating and cooling. The mezzanine is available only on request and is not included by default in the sleeping arrangements. It is accessed by a wooden staircase to be used with care: the mezzanine is not suitable for children under 8 and is secured by a barrier. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.
